If you have a limited income and are 62 years of age and older, Corbly Trace Apartments can assisted
you with your housing needs.
To qualify for residency individuals must meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD)
guidelines. Rent is based on income and each resident is required to pay 30 percent of his or her
adjusted annual income. All information is verified.

Mt. View Terrace
Mt. View Terrace is a community for seniors at least 62 years of age or those at least 18 years old
and in need of an accessible unit in accordance with HUD requirements. At Mt. View Terrace, rent
includes all utilities (air conditioning, heat, and electric) except for telephone service and cable.
Our studio and one-bedroom apartments are situated on a lovely campus with a country setting.
